Yoga welcomes a great day ahead

Virtue would like in introduce and welcome Lori Hill to our team.  She is a certified Yoga Instructor and visits Virtue on M/W/F mornings.  The level of exercise is more focused on stretching and breathing.  Then she integrates some non-yoga fun.  Yoga has been known to have many benefits such as:

  • Improving mood, and increasing self-esteem and energy
  • Reducing anger and hostility, reducing tension and anxiety, and reducing confusion or bewilderment in developmentally disabled people

Of course each individual is different, but there is one thing that we do know.  Participation and energy levels from our members have been outstanding.

Lori Hill is a mixed lineage yoga teacher, meditation instructor and Reiki Master, teaching classroom style and private instruction for over 12 years.  Lori enjoys bringing the practices of yoga to the lives of many people, all the while making yoga practical and fun.
